What areas do you travel to? I offer completely free travel anywhere within the Syracuse area radius. If you live a bit further out, just let me know and we can work out a small, distance-based travel fee.
What if you can't fix my issue? I stand by a strict honest-tech policy. If I evaluate a device and determine it’s physically broken beyond repair, I will clearly explain your options, help you find a replacement, and ensure you aren't paying for a "fix" that isn't possible.
